Published Program Book Size: 8.5” x 11”
Image Area: 7.5”x 10”
Trim: Full page 8.5” x 11”
Bleed: No Bleed is required for any ads
Paper for inside Pages: white paper
Color for Inside Pages: Black & White / Grayscale
Cover Paper: Cardstock
Color for Cover: 4 Color Process should be CMKY
Binding Saddle-stitched
Preferred file format is High-res PDFs
Acceptable file types: PDF, TIF, JPEG, EPS
All fonts should be embedded in files
All images should be embedded
Image Resolution: 300 dpi
Ads should be submitted in email

HBDA’s graphic artist uses Adobe InDesign 4CS for layout. All InDesign files will be converted to PDF for a printing company to print out copies of the program book.  If you have any questions, concerns, or comments related to graphic or technical work of the program book, please email the graphic artist at HoustonBDA@gmail.com.

Our deadline for the ad submission is on June 1, 2014.
