April 18, 1928 - December 16, 2013
For years, Floyd Wicker was a faithful and strong member of Houston Black Deaf Advocates. He was well liked by Houston Black Deaf Advocates and friends for his friendly smile and humor. He was well known for teasing the people.
He was a long time member of Houston Deaf Senior Citizen. He traveled with his loving companion, Dorothy Thomas on Houston Deaf Senior Citizen trips
His quick death has hit the deaf community so hard. They sorely miss him. No one replaces his funny humor.
